The will to overcome the blade and the flames

 

The American Laura Martinez is a blind person who can see hardly.

She can't read her favorite book and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk 100meters without a cane.

Such a place where she comes everyday is a dangerous place where a hot flame dances and everyone wields a sharp sword.

But she wields a flame and a blade better than anyone else there.

 

Laura Mrtinez is American's first blind cook.

She cook with only her hearing, smell and tactile sense, but with the smell, she knows how much oil the frying pan has soaked and makes her colleages surprisingly good at cutting.

 

Of course, she had a lot of hardships.

Many cooking shools refused her admission and had to work three times harder than others to learn one skill.

 

In addition, the hot pot and sharp blade, ther her hands were wounded every day.

But she overcame everything and she spreaks proudly.
